Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received a wrong item, email urbancookies9@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and order ID. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Perishable returns

For food safety, we cannot accept returns of opened packages unless there is a quality issue.

Refunds

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
